The Will McCrea Trio was started to explore the more traditional side of jazz in late 2022, and we have stuck with it ever since, having developed a clear philosophy of keeping jazz alive!
Our main genres include: bebop, blues and ballad-form pieces.
We play a mixture of standards and some originals composed by Will.
All members (Will, Matt and James) have extensive musical training and a keen ear for the sound of jazz.
