ABOUT
The White Lion is a unique live music bar and hostel, that is also the home to the charity Music4Children's fundraising activities.
We host live music in the bar 6 nights a week, with Open Mic every Monday, a House Band Jam (and fancy dress night!) on Tuesdays, Acoustic Night on Wednesdays and live bands on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. Any genre of music is welcome, we love to encourage up-and-coming and grassroots music. Many of our performers come back to perform regular slots every month, and we try to host monthly 'theme nights'.
Coming soon to Sunday afternoons will be a games' day, featuring table football, Wii competitions and board-games.
At the back of the venue, past the spectacularly colourful beer garden, is our just-completed workshop space that can be hired for private parties and will soon be hosting workshops for children and adults in dance, drama, film producing, business, yoga and much more!
Other projects in the works are a community radion station and recording studio in the cellar and eco-gardens with beehives on the roof.
The White Lion is fast becoming one of the most exciting and unique venues in London.
