ABOUT

Vera Black is a Blues/Soul/Folk/Rock band. We are a collective of seasoned musicians (not session players) with numerous releases, tours and awards under our belt. Vera Black herself was invited over to London from Australia in late 2012 by the legendary Marc Marot of Island Def Jam fame who is now the chairman of Crown Talent. Lets just say Crown was too commercially orientated for Vera, however we have made an impact on the live scene in London playing at most of the top venues and establishing ourselves more into the blues/rock scene in London.
We are still pushing forward but with a stronger focus on writing good songs, playing with like minded people and generally enjoying what we do.
