Hi girls,
we are looking for a female musican who can play synths / keys and guitar to join our band. The music is Electro Synth Pop and requires to play in some songs guitar and in others synths. You need to be good in playing both instruments, have good gear, as well would it be great if you have good looks to contribute to the bands image. Sorry this is pretty forward but this is how the music industry works, so if you want to succeed and be outstanding then you gotta have something more than skills.
This Band is not a fun band or jamming project! We are very well established, we play lots of gigs on a monthly basis, have lots of tours coming up for 2010, merchandise and the band is recording the debut album this month, so we are not interested in time wasters!
The ideal candidate has:
- very good equipment!!! (synths/analog synths)
- definitely some knowledge in music software (logic, pro tools or cubase, etc)
- an electric guitar with basic effect pedals.
- stage experience
- no problem committing to this band
- no involvement in other bands / projects
You need to be willing to perform with a keytar on stage and you need to be open for style/image change, as well willing to travel.
