Soul / R&B / Neo-Soul Singer Forming Live Trio – Paid Gigs
Soul / R&B / Neo-Soul singer seeking musicians to form a tight live trio for upcoming paid gigs, including residencies and private events.
Core Line-Up:
• Pianist / Keys player (essential)
• Bass player
Style: Soul, R&B and Neo-Soul — groove-driven, dynamic, modern and tasteful, with space for improvisation and creative exploration.
The aim is to build a cohesive, intimate live sound with feel, musical sensitivity and room to grow. Original material (already produced) will be arranged for live performance, with scope for creative interpretation and development.
Requirements:
• Must be able to read music
• Strong sense of groove and dynamics
• Good musical ear and ability to improvise
• Comfortable responding to live vocal phrasing (able to build and create around the singer in real time)
• Reliable, committed and serious about rehearsals
• Open to learning, experimenting and growing as part of a collaborative project
Musicians at all stages are welcome — including recent graduates or those building live experience — as long as you are dedicated, innovative and willing to grow.
Regular rehearsals leading to paid performances.
