Band looking for a female vocalist with versatlity, range and enthusiasm to complete the line up for a PINK FLOYD tribute act. Band members are between 40-60 but age is not important. Ability to play another instrument would be a bonus but the quaility of the voice is the main priority (think Great Gig in the Sky!)
Us & Them is a new band based in the south Bucks/north Berks area and is dedicated to the music of Pink Floyd. Founder members Andy Bunker (drums/percussion/backing vocals) and Chaz Craik (guitar/vocals) have been Floyd fans (and lovers of progressive rock music in general) for years, but finding the right line up for a band that's good enough do justice to the Floyd has been tough. However, after a few false starts, they recruited fellow enthusiasts Tim Wheeler) on keyboards and vocals, guitarist Dave Gunning and Andrew Aylett on bass guitar/backing vocals. With a series of sell out gigs under their belt, the journey for Us & Them continues as they book venues for the summer and beyond.

Influences

Too many to mention but grew up with Pink Floyd, Mariilion, Nazareth, Bowie, Zeppelin, Stranglers, Pistols etc. My favourite drummer is Gavin Harrison of Porcupine Tree. Having said this
I love most styles of music as long it is done well and professionally.
