I am a friendly and enthusiastic songwriter and musician with prior band experience. I am interested in most styles, though I would say my experience lies mainly within an alternative and classic rock format. My primary goal is to play as many gigs as possible, meeting similarly creative people and improving my improvisational skills. I am also interested in making money through function bands and covers; I am a quick learner and can adapt to lots of different styles.

Influences
I enjoy playing and jamming to most types of music, my primary influences however include classic rock (a lot of Hendrix and Led Zeppelin), David Bowie, Frank Zappa, Parliament Funkadelic, Kate Bush, Jefferson Airplane and the Beatles.
I am a fan of a lot of 90s alternative rock including Nirvana, Weezer, Blur, as well as Pixies and The Cure (80s).
I am interested in electronic music and despite not having much experience making music like this, this is a format I would be interested in playing within, to try and create something different. Influences here include Black Moth Super Rainbow, Gorillaz and Grimes.
As well as taking influence from modern rock bands such as Queens of the Stone Age, I also greatly enjoy the work of contemporary indie pop musicians such as St Vincent, Angel Olsen and Melody's Echo Chamber.
