51 year old man, always wanted to play music in a serious manner, but shied away. Possible mid-life crisis but I've been writing and recording (badly) songs over the past three years, and curious as to whether they are any good or not and worthy of embellishment. I'm not thinking of it as a career at this stage of my life, but if any musicians were interested in hearing them and adding/improving on them then we could see what happened. I self-taught myself some basic chords years ago and have written these songs acoustically, so they are not musically complex and to be honest I know nothing of scales, keys etc. but thought that other musicians could use the skeleton I provide to add body to the songs.
