ABOUT

When it comes to songwriting, I feel that meaningful poetry is often more important than the music itself. That said, when we’re simply exploring melodies, words aren’t always necessary. For me, the poetry usually comes first, and the music grows around it.

I’m currently re-learning both the guitar and the drums, and I write a bit of poetry from time to time. So please don’t expect a virtuoso just yet.

Music has always been an important part of my life. My youth was shaped by the music of the 1980s, though I’ve always loved a lot of the 1960s as well. Over the years I’ve listened to countless songs and followed many different bands.
