ABOUT
Formed back in 2002, The Prellies take their inspiration from the UK Beat Group explosion that took place in the late 1950's/early 1960's and particularly the Hamburg sound of the Beatles, The Big 3, Rory Storm & The Hurricanes, and Tony Sheridan. The Prellies play rock'n'roll favourites and lesser known gems from the 50's era with an energy and intensity thats also inspired by the punk rock of the Ramones and late 70's/early 80's Beat revivalist's such as the Milkshakes and The Kaisers. They also have shiny guitars, a good enough reason to adore them!
