ABOUT

We're looking for a committed drummer preferably with serious chops, some kind of electronic set-up (SPD/triggers/drum machines) and ideally London-based or willing to travel in. My bandmate (bass) and I (guitar/vocals/synths) are late 30s with full time jobs, but serious about putting the time in to get writing, recording and gigging asap. It would be great if you weren't a cis white man - that won't exclude you, but if you don't understand why we're asking for that, in 2026, then we're probably not the right people for you anyway. Having said that, we'd value commitment (doing more than just turning up for rehearsals and gigs), talent and generally not-being-an-arsehole over anything else.

For further context we're changing the line-up of our current band (https://www./jkhistorian/) so we already have material, but in all likelihood we'll probably be going a different direction and start from scratch, perhaps salvaging some material.
