THE MODERN SOUL are looking for a '17 - 24' year old, London born, working class, ENGLISH, male singer to front their Stoke Newington based band.
Experience is not necessary but commitment and charisma is a must as the band are looking for someone who will fit in socially as well as musically.
Image and style is very important if you wish to front the band as the boys are all into the whole ?mod' scene (think Steve Marriott, Paul Weller, Gem Archer, Zak Starkey) - i.e. If you buy your cloths from ?TopMan? you have no business in this band.
Open auditions are held every Saturday (except Saturday 2nd & 30th June) between 5pm & 7pm at;
Gun Factory Studios 49-51 Leswin Road Stoke Newington London N16 7NX
Applicants will be asked to learn and perform one of the bands numbers. If successful the applicant will be invited to a second audition.
