New Newcastle based garage rock n roll band ‘The Daytona Riots’ seek drummer and guitarist.
Band formed in January 2011 are seeking an enthusiastic and capable drummer and guitarist to complete line-up.
Our influences are varied but the emphasis has been on fast, furious and dirty rock n roll. We’ve recently recorded with top Sunderland based producer Neil Bassett (The Futureheads/Frankie & The Heartstrings/Field Music/The Golden Virgins) and this is what we sound like:

No egos and great sense of humour are a must. Dedication and a willingness to contribute creatively to the music are also very important. We’re 4 easy going blokes with a shared love of getting peoples musical backs up. We’re all grown men (26-30) but age is not important. A good vibe, creativity and a bit of dedication is what we’re looking for. (Own gear and transport would be ideal).
We’ve had some great feedback and established some great contacts in the local scene and we’ve got gigs waiting and we’re eager to capitalize on the buzz. We intend our live shows to be raucous and memorable.
If you’ve got any questions or you think it might be for you then please feel free to get in touch.
Cheers.
