We are a bunch of like minded guys 30-40s age range with the usual life / work balance of jobs and families who rehearse once a week and play live 2-3 times a month. As bands go, we have got really organised (that doesn't sound rock and roll does it!) with everything in place from our own rehearsal space to the marketing and merchandise through to someone who organises the gigs, through to the studio we work with.
We play a lot of different types of venue from small inns, to sports clubs through to outdoor festivals, and get booked for acoustic performances with percussion and 3 part harmonies as well as the usual full on Saturday night rockout performance. Depending on the venue requests we either play predominantly our material or mix it up with right kind of covers that suit the audience. One of the pictures opposite shows a set list from a recent sports club gig which was 42 songs and 3hrs in length. (Don't be put off by the covers.. they all have our own slant...and the reason their is U2 song in the set is because I think it was St Patricks night!)
