The Alleybeat is a high quality, very experienced covers band, aimed at the commercial, Corporate & wedding function market. We are seeking to replace our professional keyboard player (who has moved overseas). We are looking for a musician with high level keyboard skills who enjoys improvisation and has an interest in innovative song re-arrangements (particularly with a funk/jazz vibe). It is essential that the individual is friendly, considerate and highly motivated! Backing vocals would also be appreciated. We own all our own gigging kit and rehearse and record in our own high quality studios based in Moseley.
Current members include excellent female lead vocals, a high quality grooving lead/rhythm guitarist (and backing vocals), and a superb rhythm section - experienced jazz/funk bass player and drummer. We would love to hear from you - we can send over set lists, recordings and rehearsal times etc.
