Hi - we are a female lead vocalist, male bass guitarist and male drummer, from two established local gigging covers bands with good network of contacts. We are currently seeking a guitarist and a keyboard/synth player to join our line-up, with a view to forming an 80's covers band for both pub and function work. PA system and lights all sorted, but you must have your own instruments/equipment and transport.
We are looking for fun, friendly and reliable guys/girls with a good technical standard, preferably some previous experience - and backing vocals would be an advantage, but not essential.
We are happy to work around existing gigging commitments, but are looking for somebody with reasonable availability and flexibility. We are all in other bands,with a wealth of experience and bookings for the year - but all fancy a sideline to get our teeth into! The intention is for this project to be a paid working/gigging band, not just for rehearsals/fun. We are looking initially to play around twice per month. No gigs booked as yet, but have interested venues, once the band is up and running!

Influences
Musically, our tastes are very diverse...but this band will be predominantly 80's hits, appealing to the general public, nothing too obscure or self-indulgent! Perhaps throwing in the odd late 70's numbers.
