ABOUT

I am a tin whistle musician. I have quality whistles in every key (Tony Dixon Polymer Whistles). I have over 20yrs of playing as an Acoustic/Session/Firepit Musician. I have experience with bands and used to play with a Pogues cover band 'The Dead Rabbits' and a folk band based in Glastonbury '100th Monkey' ... I currently mainly play Acoustic around the firepits at festivals with 'Firepit Collective' and I busk with a Portable PA/Mics (Check me out on YouTube 'Busking In Bromsgrove) ... I am based in Peterborough and am looking to connect with other folk musicians that would be interested in organising weekly Irish Music Sessions and creating a local Peterborough Celtic Band that can be hired for events, weddings, funerals, etc. I am also looking for musicians that would be interested in touring festivals with my group nfAT's as the groups core crew firepit musicians (No Fixed Abode Travellers ... check out and join the group). We are booked in for Northern and Southern Green Gathering Festivals, Boomtown, Small World, The Horsedrawn Camp, Equinox Festival (with others tbc) Mainly, I would like to work with a local guitarist that knows DADGAD tuning chords and want to work with me locally busking, recording and gigging. I am able to harmonise with any chords/keys and can play at a very high standard.

I have a Portable PA which has 8hr inhouse charge for outdoor play.
The PA system can plug in other instruments and is Bluetooth friendly.
