ABOUT

We’re a rock band from London looking for a committed bassist to join us on our journey to becoming the biggest band in the world.

Currently comprised of founding members Kiran and Matt - we met at uni and have had a couple of iterations of the band over which unfortunately came to an end due to band members other commitments.

We changed our name from ‘Avenue’ to ‘Sunsara’ late last year when we got full-time management.

As Avenue, we achieved around 300,000 streams across all platforms, and so far as Sunsara we have released one song, with four more in the pipeline.

We both have 9-5s so we prioritise evenings and weekends for rehearsals and gigs. We aim to rehearse at least twice a week, and we’re looking to gig every 2-3 weeks, with bigger headline shows planned around these as single release parties and bigger money-makers. This side of things is generally managed by our manager and Kiran and Matt.

We’re looking for members to be a part of a collaborative musical relationship, who are as embedded in the creative process as us. We aren’t interested in any pay-to-play members - this is our passion and our ambition and we’re looking for members who share our dream of being a famous band.
