Stone the Throat are seeking a new bass player and a drummer.
Due to our bassist having to leave due to time and distance issues we are now in need of a new bassist. We are also looking for a drummer.
We are Kayleigh B (25) on vocals and Matt ‘Het’ Blake (21) on guitars and are based in Swinton where we write/rehearse once a week.
Our influences include: My Ruin, Down, Corrosion of Conformity, Clutch, Black Label Society, Monster Magnet, Black Sabbath, Pride & Glory, Scissorfight, The LVRS, In This Moment, Maylene & the Sons of Disaster, Pantera...
We have one demo online and numerous works in progress (about a set’s worth).
We are looking for members with a mature outlook, a good sense of humour and a down to earth attitude, who are reliable, hard-working, decent and honest. Who are easy to get on with but serious about music and preferably respond to texts and so on as soon as they’re able!
There is no age limit, mature musicians are more than welcome.
