Stickpin are a band who play music. They play music in music venues. They also sometimes play it into microphones or signal processors and store it digitally so that people can listen to it when they are not around.
Stickpin's first steps as a full band has seen them played on Xfm, who chose them as a featured artist, and various local stations.
Inspiral Carpets' Clint Boon said 'What I really liked about Stickpin's record, {apart from it being refreshing and well-written}, was that it reminded me a little of R.E.M. {when they used to be good}' (on XFM Manchester...brackets mine).
