I'm a creative and eccentric guitarist/songwriter who dresses with a hint of gothic/victorian dandiness. I've got a new band project for which we seek a creative drummer. It's a gloomy, edgy, macabre, soundscapey, cool art-rock/blackgaze/shoegaze/post-metal/post-punk/gothic band/project/collaboration.
I am especially keen to work with a female vocalist with a beautiful, haunting voice. My own forte is for writing melancholic and haunting riffs/guitar lines with interesting dynamics. Ultimately I wish to collaborate to write evocative, dark, dreamy, spinechilling music, whether that's soft and spectral, harsh and aggressive, or heavy, or light.
I'm also a professional writer and editor in alternative culture. I also love theatre, cabaret, anthropomorphicsm, fairytales, horror films/fiction, fashion, tattoos, reptiles and anime.
