I’m a dedicated and meticulous individual as well as, a passionate, devoted drummer with 16+ years' experience of gigging, writing, recording and teaching music who thrives on music, translating my dedications to drums into all aspects of life. Committed to continuous improvements and delivering outstanding results.
I consider myself a seasoned veteran with performing as I have 15 years of experience performing in various bands, projects and sessions from, Blues, Metal, Rock to Folk & Punk etc... I am currently part of a Hard Rock quartet, The Howling Tides who have seen numerous support slots with the likes of, Skindred, Black Star Riders, Crazy Town and Magnum as well as, touring with Ricky Warwick and The Fighting Hearts. Our music has seen us venture abroad to places like, Czech Republic and Ibiza. Before that, I was part of a covers band for many years performing up and down the UK.
Outside of performing I have studied music and music technology at South Derbyshire College & University of Derby. I am also proficient at bass guitar & electric/acoustic guitar to an intermediate level.
I have experience instructing drums both at Yamaha Music School and through private lessons. With that, I can read chart music to an intermediate degree.
