Hi Im looking to form a band, preferably in the Leeds or wakefield area.
I've been playing guitar for nearly 20 years now....so as you can tell Im getting on a bit lol...well Im 31 so i suppose Im not too old haha...
Anyway....I've wrote a few songs in the past and I've even had some interest from record company's...also in the past...and they all said they liked my songs but i needed to form a band as all the songs i recorded where recorded in the studio with me playing all instruments and singing.
My music is very much influenced by old bands like metallica and guns n roses and i would say my guitar playing is influenced by James hetfield...slash and Joe satriani
I do love all kinds of music and loads of bands but iprefer the old bands better:-)
Because i like all kinds of music as well i like to add some of these sounds into my music to make it a bit different and stand out...Im very open to other sounds and styles ect ...so i want other members to bring there ideas to the band:-)....the genre i would class it as would be rock/metal
I went through a bit of a bad time in my life and basically just stopped my searching for a band and now Im feeling great again and wanting to give it one final shot...so Im looking for some serious and dedicated musicians to come on board and get something really good going:-)
I am not really bothered about age as long as you are a good musician:-)
