Slump Culture, based in north London craft a sound they describe as atmospheric and dynamically layered, putting dreamy synths, vocal harmonies and plucky guitars at the forefront. The group shows a clear focus on storytelling, building intimate yet expansive worlds to dive into. Their vision isn’t limited to music alone, as each kog of the slumpy machine - Bez (vocals, production, bass), Ella (vocals, guitars) and Max (guitars) - has a unique framework. Building _ concepts and immersive live sets, the group plan on making a habit out of bringing more to their musical environments. The group most recently released an otherworldly stop-motion animation in collaboration with Matteo Koski-Wood.
