ABOUT
Slim Blue are a Chester and London based multi-talented musical duo, made up of vocalist and songwriter Georgina Inkster and guitarist, producer and songwriter Reece Roughley.
The two radiate a natural chemistry and draw upon their mixed musical inspirations to create their own unique sound; taking influence from rock, folk, blues and pop artists.
Having penned and recorded over 50 original songs since their formation during the UK lockdown, their song writing and performance exudes maturity beyond their years, especially so early into their music journey. They have built a considerable audience within the confines of the pandemic through creative livestreaming that has reached over 100,000 people and counting. Through this they have taken up live performance opportunities including topping the bill at the Bedford Arms in Balham, London.
Their musical output has not been stunted by the pandemic, and have already released three completely original and self-produced EPs, a testament to their aspirations in the industry.
