I am a singer, song writer and slam poet who is searching for musicians or a band who will understand how to help bring my vision and lyrics to life with their interpretation and musical skills. I am open to genre mash ups, mainly, however, I want to bring some soul and a bit of my culture to the metalcore music scene. I have a concept in mind for a band blending slam poetry / rpa cadence with electric / metal riff and drums (think Polyphia but with a pinch of Erra and Dr Dre in slam poem form). This is my vision so I need 2 band mates who will bring a depth of interpretive understanding to my slam poems with some sick riffs (possibly some screaming?).

Influences
I am a huge fan of Bad Omens and the way they integrate an eclectic mix into their set, with fiery industrial waves and pendulum swinging melancholia akin to Billie Eilish. I also love Sleep Token, who are also adventurous and phenomenal musically. I also love slam poetry as an art form and want to bring a new, fresh spin to it through metal. But I have eclectic taste in music and am open to anything, from R&B and Hip Hop to old soul like Nina Simone to Drake, so the net is wide! Inspiration for me is fluid and constant, not contained to one specific sector or sound.

Just me. I am looking for a band to play with, as I am not an instrumentalist.
I write all my own poems- not for the faint hearted. If you would like to collaborate hit me up. I am looking to develop something long term, although right now this is to just play local venues to build up a rep. Anyone good with socials would be handy too.
