Slackjack is a relatively newly formed band, playing rock and blues covers and jams.
We have been established in our current line up for a good few months and are looking to start gigging.
We comprise a vocalist / rhythm guitarist, a lead guitarist, a bassist and...we require a drummer. We are all competent musicians but relatively inexperienced in gigging. We are aged 27-35.
Our current drummer is still with us but will not remain in the band for the long-term: we're looking for someone to take his spot moving forward.
Our ideal drummer will:
* Live in Melton or the surrounding area
* Be willing to practice once a week
* Be willing to gig 1-2 times per month potentially (no more than that)
* Know, like and understand rock and blues songs
* Have experience in similar bands
* Be more focused on the right sound for the song than showboating and/or blowing the roof off
