Sister Inertia is looking for a new bass player. We have been gigging in Leeds for a while; we have good local contacts and the desire to start gigging further afield soon.
Sound: grunge-inspired, with the writing leaning towards prog structures, a couple of tracks can be found on Soundcloud and more are available on demand. Our newer material is taking a darker and more complex direction.
Essential: ability to play odd and compound time signatures, ability to learn complex songs with unusual structures, reliability (e.g., showing up for practice on time), own gear.
Level of commitment: practice once or twice a week, gig once or twice a month, record two or three times a year.
