ABOUT

Male 35, looking to join a gigging band of decent musicians of pro level. Have been playing guitar since the age of 4/5yrs old. Most of my gigging experience is playing bass for the past 15 years mostly in originals bands but also covers bands. Have been in jazz, rock, classic rock, power trios, fusion bands and bass solo work for acoustic and folk bands. Played everything from small pubs to festivals and theatres. Have taken the last couple of years out due to birth of my son but want to get back on top of my music game again. Most of my gear has been sold however my basic set up remains, Fender Geddy, custom 4*10 Ashdown Neo, Orange Terror Bass 1000 and my SM58 for backing vox. I can sing but mostly when Im playing my solo percussive acoustic stuff, can do backing vocals if required but my range is limited. Im a quick learner of both covers and originals and can just lay back or open up if/when required. My bass style is personalised so expect some variation if doing covers, i have no interest in robotic playing. Open to any style of band, nothing too large as I like musical space and feeding off each other.
