Influences
I was a child in the 70s and 80s so anything from that era is bound to have influenced me. I am also a listener to classical music and neo-classical music (film scores etc). I am also influenced by modern musicals from Phantom and Les Mis to Hamilton and Dear Evan Hansen but also like the off beat; Little Shop of Horrors, SIX (wives of Henry VIII) and Book of Mormon.

VOCALISTS /SINGERS where are you? I am looking for singers (male, female & others), to contribute to my latest project, a concept album of a musical version of one of the Grimm Brothers darker "Fairy Tales"; think cross between 'Wicked' and TVs 'Grimm'. Music ranges from traditional male and female ballads and duets through blues, pop and a touch of rock at times - all with the backing of the BBC Symphony Orchestra.

The music is written and recorded with guide vocals and tracks - all it needs is your voice!
There are five lead roles but also several supporting characters to sing. Once complete I will be seeking backing for a full stage production. I will also let successful applicants use their recordings for their 'show-reels'!
If you are a competent vocalist I would like to hear from you. If you are a competent vocalist and actor I would love to hear from you.
This is a chance to get in at the beginning of what promises to be a very successful new musical.
