Sheila's Got Insomnia (SGI) is a UK based Alt-Rock project blending 90's/00's alternative rock and metal influences to create a unique Nu-Grunge flavor. Currently it is just a one man project where I write, record, program and produce all the parts with a focus on big catchy riffs. I have produced an Instrumental EP which was released in January '26 and have been gaining a following on socials, mostly . I'm now looking for a committed vocalist to help complete the puzzle and influence this project to its final form which hopefully involves and album and live shows.
