Severance are on the look out for:-
- A metal vocalist who can perform both clean and aggressive vocals (ideally approx 70/30 split but not set in stone)
- A competent metal guitarist (rhythm minimum, lead advantageous) - please note we play in drop C.
Age isn't a significant factor, but please be advised that current members of the band range from 30-40.
We currently write/rehearse once a fortnight, and pay for rehearsal space in Hull. We are flexible with rehearsing evenings. Driving is a benefit but not essential
Songwriting ideas (no matter how small) are encouraged, there is no egotistical "I'm the bassist I write the basslines" bull.

Influences range from (but not limited to): In Flames, Trivium, Children of Bodom, Dark Tranquility, Arch Enemy. All members have various influences ranging from death metal to thrash, power metal to NWOBHM.
