I've been playing the guitar for about 5 years and had an opportunity to play in a few different bands. I played the electric guitar in a post punk Joy Division-like band that i recorded some tracks with, and played more than 10-15 gigs (once we played as support for an american band Russian Circles). Later i played the bass in a thrash metal band for about a year. I'm capable of playing fast tracks on the bass as well as on the guitar, but am not the best soloist out there. I'm hoping to find either a band playing really heavy or really emotional music - that makes it either classic thrash metal or post-rock/new wave.
