I'm currently playing bass in a covers band performing rock standards in local pubs in Dorset, but also spend half my time in Hampshire, so I'd love to expand my musical experience by joining a band in that area too.
In my former life, I have been a professional artist, teacher and builder. These days, as well as practising the guitar, I do lots of sailing, have part-time jobs managing an arts festival, content writing for an education company and managing property.
I absolutely love performing and being part of a band that gels really well together. I'm also on a mission to really push the limits of my musical potential and am hoping to expand into playing the upright bass shortly. Finding like minded, laid-back but professional and ego-less musicians is more important to me than the actual setlist.
