Apart from that I am very open to songwriting with others and collaborating that way. I’m not looking to join a band currently, but need people to join my line up for recordings and possibly some gigs in the future.
The style is melancholy freak folk. There are heavy indie influences but also a lot of dark folk with lashes of blues and undertones of orchestral. If that sounds like you, please get in touch and we can jam it out.
Apart from orchestral people I don’t mind input from others in terms of production/mix downs, ideas here and there.
I have 5/6 albums planned and ready to record with songs, each with their own tone and sub-genre of folk. Some are very indie, others very much freak folk and some are simply instrumental and predominantly orchestral.
I started writing back in 2018 for real, most of my playing has been to aid the songwriting process, so unfortunately I’m not great for playing live music or on other people’s recordings with short notice. That being said I do have a full music education and have never been without the guitar, initially playing score, it’s just a matter of practise and plenty of notice so I can climb back up the competence scale lol.

Jeff Buckley, Logan Bowden, Ben Howard are my favourites, but I listen to pretty much anything and everything. (Except pop ;)
