Looking for a Committed Young Bassist (Under 20) – Metalcore/Hard Rock Project (Birmingham Area)
We’re a serious metal band based in Birmingham, currently seeking a dedicated bassist aged 16–20 to join our project full-time.
We rehearse at a youth centre that requires members to be under 20, so age is non-negotiable.
What we’re looking for:
Owns or has access to a bass guitar + basic gear
Comfortable playing metalcore / progressive / hard rock styles
Preferably able to contribute to songwriting and bring their own ideas to the table
Takes music seriously — this isn’t a side hobby for us, it’s the long-term goal
We’ve got original material in progress, rehearsals underway, and we’re building toward recording and gigging.
Influences include: Avenged Sevenfold, Alter Bridge, Disturbed, Pierce the Veil, Bad Omens, etc.
