I have been singing & playing guitar for longer than I care to remember and now find myself with the time to really commit to it.
I am looking to join a small band or start up an acoustic duo/three piece with a view to writing, recording & playing live.
I would be more than happy to support a singer songwriter (male or female) or front a project if necessary. I'm not an egomaniac & am willing to be flexible with the format.
I'm based in mid-Essex but am happy to travel if the project sounds interesting.

Influences
Although it may sound a bit twee, I like anything musical.
I come from a big family where, throughout my upbringing, different music was being played in every room of the house. From Easy listening to Punk via Rock, Electronic, Pop, Reggae, Disco, etc... You name it, I was exposed to it... Most of it seems to have stuck and is now being augmented by my own children's favourites.
EQUIPMENT
I have a number of guitars and a keyboard that has kind of been replaced by the computer and software. I also have mic's and a small PA.
My favourite guitar is my Taylor which I've had since 2002 and still play almost every day.
I also have transport.
