Biog/Info about you:

Rohan Bumbra is a professional freelance drummer based in Edinburgh. He has recently completed his final year of University, studying an honours degree in Popular Music at Edinburgh Napier University. Rohan's passion for music began at an early age, where he studied violin in primary school. He soon progressed to the double bass and then finally settled with drums as his primary instrument. During school, Rohan was involved with the school's wind band, string orchestra and the big band. Since moving to Edinburgh, he has been honing his playing by keeping himself constantly busy with work in ensembles and solo projects.

As well as session work and performance, I teach music. I offer private tuition for all ages and abilities for competitive rates. Wether it be from my home studio in Fife, my flat in Edinburgh or your home, I can guarantee you will learn useful skills from every lesson.
Wether you want to learn that tune you heard on the radio or you are looking to pass exams, I have you covered. I cannot guarantee what will be in a lesson as each one is tailored to your needs!
Drum lesson topics can include (but are not limited to!):

• Sight Reading
• Jazz Improvisation
• Genres and Styles
• Exam Pieces
• Creativity
• Electronic Drums and Production
• Recording Drums
• Basics of Drumming
• How to take the step into professional drumming.
• Lots more!
