I'm a bassist, like songs with drive. beat and rhythm - 50s. 60s, 70s, 90s, 2000s onwards. Punk, 60s pop & soul, Britpop, Glam ... hopefully you know where I'm coming from (if not please ask - I only bite when p***ed off)

As above, my tastes are eclectic and pretty wide, psychedelia, punk, post-punk, pre-punk - 60s garage, classic rock and pop.  Beatles to Iggy Pop (preference is more the latter, but you get the idea). 

Happy with enthusiasm over ability (good old punk ethic); flexibility over experience etc. This is about having fun, making noise, moving air, and getting out and playing.
