Hi everyone!
I'm a 22 year old drummer and percussionist.
I've studied at DrumTech, Lippa University and completed a BTEC in Music Practice.
I've been playing and teaching for over 5 years now and played alot of gigs and have stdio experience.
I'm looking to get into a band who are fun, creative and passionate about their music. I don't mind doing covers, but I'd rather have original material and some covers with our own 'take' on them.
I'd also like to express my own ideas, but I'm more of a drummer who likes to serve the song rather than show-off my chops, although I won't say no to a drum solo!

Influences
My main drumming influences include:
Neil Peart, Thomas Lang, Carter Beauford, Dennis Chambers, JoJo Mayer, John Otto and Steve Gadd.
I listen to everything! As I feel that this makes me a better musician to help understand what a song needs. So on my iTouch I currently have, Rush, Hot Chip, Haddaway, Ruff Squad, Roxette, Ellie Goulding, Rage Against The Machineand The Dave Matthews Band to name but a few.
There's also a lot of Grime, Dubstep, Funky House and Drum N' Bass on there too!
EQUIPMENT
Roland TD-12 Complete kit with added V-Pads and cymbals to trigger from my main acoustic 10-piece DW Maple Collectors Kit.
I normally tend to use a 6-piece DW kit with Roland V-pads to create a 'hybrid kit'.
I use Neil Peart signature Sabian Paragon cymbals and also Thomas Lang signature Meinl cymbals, complete with DW 5000 double bass drum pedals.
I also have my own car to make sure I can get all of the above to and from places!
