Seeking to set up The New London Brass Ensemble, which will be a committed, but relaxed group of young brass musicians based in London. I am a trumpeter but am looking for any more brass (trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium, tuba) or a saxophonist to join. I'm on a gap year before going to study Music at Durham University and would love to get a group of brass musicians together to play some great classical pieces and maybe play around with a some pop/jazz covers occasionally as I love to arrange pieces for brass quartet/quintet/ensemble. Please let me know if you're interested and are based in London, or can commute into London. I'm looking for any young players (aged 16-25 ish but not limited to), who are of a minimum of Grade 6 Standard, but preferably Grade 7/8+. Looking forward to hearing from you - no audition required but I may ask for a short video of you playing just so I can sort out part allocations etc
