My background includes a strong foundation in classic ’70s progressive rock (Yes, Genesis, King Crimson, Floyd, Gong, Van der Graaf Generator, ELP), including many years with the Pink Floyd tribute Pink Fraud, where I covered the Roger Waters role on bass guitar and vocals, alongside further tribute work spanning Deep Purple (keys), Led Zeppelin (bass/keys) and The Doors (keys).

At this stage, I’m particularly interested in musically grounded, song-led projects — especially ’60s psychedelia, early ’70s classic/hard rock and blues-rock with character, as well as groove-led soul and funk where the organ and rhythm section really matter, rather than high-complexity arrangements.

I’m looking for paid, professional projects with clear direction, good musicianship and sensible logistics. I’m not currently looking for weekly rehearsal bands, and I’m primarily interested in local projects or those that rehearse efficiently and gig regularly. I’m also happy to take on bass guitar roles where it’s a good musical and logistical fit.

I would also consider a local Hammond organ trio or quartet for pub or small-venue work, provided the project is well rehearsed, musically focused and straightforward to manage. For this type of work, short travel (around 30 minutes) and realistic rates are essential.

Alongside band work, I run my own studio in Ilford, Essex, and I’m available for recording, production, remote keyboard sessions, mixing and mastering, as well as collaboration with singer-songwriters who want to add classic depth and colour to their material.
