My main musical background was playing in churches, which I did for many years, on both organ and piano, both contemporary worship music and traditional church music. I no longer do much of this, but I keep up my piano playing (Grade 8 + level), and over the last couple of years have been having loads of fun learning the piano accordion. I'm playing a host of styles on the accordion, including trad folk, latin, and rock, and I am now looking for folks to play with. I an a very good accompanist (due to my background), and I can bring lots of life to songs, whether pop, rock or folk.

Influences
Classical (I played piano, violin and tuba as a youngster), church music (traditional and contemporary 'soft rock' worship), and some rock and folk. Music with a melody that gets people singing along is my forte.
