Howdy, I'm a guitar player looking to meet fellow musicians to practice and jam with. The eventual goal clearly being to find a sound, create some sweet music which we'll share with the world when we hit the stage!! Ideally I forsee getting together with a fellow guitarist with similar infuences and taking it from there. However, I'm open minded so I'm up for any offers or suggestions. I play primarily acoustic guitar but am currently taking lessons to improve my theoretical knowledge and lead guitar skills. I also have 3 years of experience playing bass in an indie band at uni (our highlight was supporting the coldplay tribute band coolplay!!). Ideally I'd like to create music with interesting acoustic rythms, in unusual keys with some cool electric guitar sounds.. which isn't afraid to rock as well! I would be happy to learn and play covers intitially (particularly from influences below). Anyway, like I said I'm pretty open minded so it'd be cool to hear from anyone who fancies gettng together to play. Cheers.
