ABOUT

50 year old (fit and youthful) rock drummer in South Devon (Dawlish) seeing a band and / or members to set one up

I've been out of playing with a band for a few years, but want to get back into it. It would be nice to play some gigs for the fun / enjoyment. I wouldn't mind doing covers as long as they get done well (I hear some sloppy bands in local pubs!) but ideally would like to do some originals as well or at the very least original takes on covers.

Why you might want me as your drummer:

- Good steady time keeper. Compared to a lot of drummers.
- Good memory for songs. Good musical sense.
- Can also play guitar, write lyrics, composes songs, record and use a DAW (reaper) and do video editing if that was ever needed.

Preferred musical styles
Classic rock / punk / metal

I have my own gear. I have lent it to my friend's son but can get it back if / when I need it. To start with, I could use a kit at a practice studio (though I have an electronic kit with a speaker that is ok to use now / any time), and if it goes any further, I will collect my own kit and use that again.
