Hi and thanks for lookng.
I am a 48 year old male from Colchester. I play drums but do not consider myself completely proficient in the slightest. I would consider myself novice and I like to keep things nice and simple. I guess I am looking to find other musicians in the same boat who have gone beyond playing in their living room and would like to join in with others and have a jam. Maybe start with some basic covers and if we get good at it and fancy, maybe write some of our own stuff. Ultimately, I would love to get good enough to maybe gig somewhere. That's the dream anyway. I done it once previously and absolutely loved it.
If nothing, it would be a nice social thing to find a rehearsal studio somewhere and have a play around.
Happy to travel outside of Colchester, maybe as far as Chelmsford that way or Ipswich the other.
