Hi, I am a 37 year old guitarist and I am looking to either form a band or join a covers band .I have been in a covers band for just over a year now. I feel I have now somewhat outgrown the band and feel it is time for me to move on. I have been playing for over 10 years now and prefer to play Rhythm but I equally enjoy lead. I can pick up lead breaks and riffs fairly quick and I have the passion to practice as much as it takes. I have attended Leeds College of Music and have some basic knowledge of home recording if ever needed. I have good gear but the drawback is I have no transport. I do however live in the center of Leeds. I am looking for another covers band or tribute with musical influences from the 90's indie scene to present, favoring Oasis, and Arctic Monkeys.I have 100% dedication to any band that would offer me a position. I can also do backing singing and have some of my own material to bring if your band are looking to go down this route. I have uploaded a video to my (scott mahoney) site if you would like to see me playing(appreciate this is hard when everyone else is!!) I am stood far left to the picture. Please drop me an email and Thanks for reading my Ad
