I'm Nikky, I am seeking musicians to form a band or small set up to play paid slots in venues like bars, events etc.
I have been in covers bands, as well as an acoustic duo. I have also performed in musical theatre.
I am a confident people person with lots of experience standing in front of audiences professionally.

Influences
Raised on Motown, Elvis, Beatles. As a teenager was into stretching my vocals out on Whitney, Barbra Streisand, Mariah, then grew up into indie, grunge, bit of folk etc.
Current artists I would vocally lend myself to for nce are Last Dinner Party, Wolf Alice, Boygenius, CMAT, Sia, Billie Eilish, Chapel Roan, First Aid Kit. I pull off Cranberries, Alicia Keys, Gwen Stefani, Rihanna maybe!
Older material I think I suit vocally includes Carpenters, Ronettes, Diana Ross, Freda Payne, Abba, Fleetwood Mac, Kate Bush, Nolans.
Those are the sorts of artists I sit with vocally but obviously I can sing other material. I was recently told that I have a 4 octave range.
