Hi,

Please let me introduce myself.

I am Nick Norton. I live in London, and write and produce music. I also work professionally as a TV editor for high end projects for companies such as th BBC.

I Have been writing music since I was about 12 years old, and been in lots of bands. I have also recieved credits for compositions for a recent high end channel4 documentry.

I record using Cubase, but have a very good knowlege of mixing to a professional standard.

I am now looking to start something new.

I am looking to take this to the next level, by creating high quality Video's to help promote this music, and use my media contacts to get it noticed.

I have a large catalogue of original music, and would love to work with others in my area.

I am looking for quality and above all comitment, as I will work as hard as is needed to get something done right. I am a perfectionist..and find it dificult working with people that do not share my passion.

Have a listen to the following track, to give you an idea of the type of music I am proposing.. Youtubesearch 'Retro & Sparkle'... The Track is called 'Beautiful'. I wrote it for a project that I am working on.... (A kind of gorilaz band with out a band concept). It would work much better with vocals.

I record using Cubase, and have a very high quality Capacitor Mic for vocal recordings....Legal paid for copies of cubase5, and Native Instument Komplete6....Adn obviously for a keyboard/piano player..I have a couple of keyboards...
