Hi,
I am a singer/songwriter in a band which has up to recently been an acoustic duo, we toured around the UK and were based in NYC for a couple of years playing gigs and recording, my guitar player has just left and I'm looking for someone new to write with a play gigs.
My main goal is to write for film/TV/other people whilst gigging a bit at the same time, Folky pop songs that stick in your head and everyone can sing along to!
My band is called Monroe, check out the you tube link and see what you think, Im not looking to do this as a hobby, I want to make money!! so please, only email if you are serious.
(also, Im more than happy to play covers gigs to make money to record, that's how we survived in the states!)
